MPJ 2005 Annual Conference |

The 2005 Conference was a great success and featured a host of important speakers from the Canadian Muslim community, federal government, news media, academia and politics. 200 participants attended the conference and once again, thanks to the generous donations from many in the Muslim community, MPJ was able to invite two well-known Canadian Muslims: Dr. Monia Mazigh, Wife of Maher Arar and Faisal Kutty, Lawyer and CAIR-CAN Board Member. The conference theme was "National Security and the Canadian Mosaic" and featured excellent topics and discussions with regards to national security issues. Major news outlets provided extensive media coverage of the conference.
