If you would like to join MPJ and its efforts, please download and fill out the below form, and then mail it to our postal address or send it via e-mail as an attachment. The MPJ Associate Membership fee is $15 per year and can be paid by sending a cheque along with your membership form.
Note - You must be a legal resident of Canada to become an MPJ Associate Member.
